Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via the UGREEN NAS EU portal with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the NAS device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then attach the provided shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
